We want to uncover the truth about why you need a new website! Our Getting Started Questionnaire and deep-dive consultation will allow us to fully understand your goals, and propose the best solutions to achieve them.
Before kicking off a website project we compile all of the great insights we've collected during the fact-finding and proposal stage into a creative brief. Throughout the project, the creative brief will continue to inform and guide our work.
Once we have all of the website content other relevant information to hand, we’ll create a content hierarchy and visual framework of the site. The sitemap will allow us to communicate and agree the website and information structure.
Rather than telling you what we intend to build, we instead build an interactive prototype in the browser to show you how our solution will work. There's no attention to design at this stage, but it gets us close to a tangible solution quickly.
During the design phase, the creative fun gets dialled up to 11 as we get to sharpen our pencils and kick pixels around the screen to bring the website prototype to life, and match your company's brand identity.
Once the design is agreed, we'll go off-grid for a few weeks and build out the design into a fully functioning website. This will include page and content layouts, mobile optimisation, as well as any website specific functionality and features.
We're getting close! We take time to make sure everything is plugged in and tested before excitedly deploying your shiny new WordPress website to your (or our) hosting server, so that you can show it off to the whole world.
We provide training resources so you have total control of your website. We also provide Website Care Plans to support you and your business with technical support, expert advice, guidance and tools to help you grow your business online.
